2.  Design system
3.  Make documentations

-Class Diagrams
-Activity Diagram
-Sequence Diagram
-The window diagrams for the human interfaces
-The window navigation diagrams
-The database schema or ERD(the relationships between fields and tables)
-The database table schema(the schema defines the tables, the fields in each table)
-The definition status in the fields( As the number of states in State Transition Diagrams)
-Installation manual
-Operation manual

Other Conditions

- Freelance or contract based
- Sub contract
