A well-established production plant in Batam, engaged in manufacturing electronic components, has a vacancy to offer for the position :
Production Manager
Requirement :
-Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
-Min. 8 years relevant working experience, preferably 5 years in managerial position in the electronics manufacturing industry.
-Production planning, quality control productivity, delivery issue and maintenance of Machine.
-Control of scrap and yield improvement.
-Lead and direct the product group in activity company goals and objective.
-Familiar with computer based systems, with working knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing and principles of six sigma.
-Able to communicate with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal skills.
-Highly motivated, dynamic, versatile, with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
-Fluent in English (spoken & written).
