Qualifications:

·         Male/Female

·         Age Max 45 Years Old

·         Experienced in Marketing Area (Life Insurance & Banc assurance) for min 5 – 10 Years

·         Able to do Agent recruitment and Product Training

·         Target Achievement Oriented

·         Have a good Target achievement / Production History

·         Able to enhance the target annually

·         Able to work under pressure

·         Team Player and Highly motivated

·         Proficient in spoken and written English

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player
