Onsite Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activities in On Site Service function for corporate and non corporate customers in order to be in line with the prevailing procedure so as to achieve the agreed level of SLA
• Monitor the response time of each customer’s incoming calls in order to support the achievement of SLA and CSI

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male/Female.
• Age Maximum 30-35 years old.
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline, with minimum GPA 3,0 (scale 4.0).
• Minimum 5-10 years experience, preferably in SAP.
• Have good knowledge of network, security system, hardware and software maintenance.
• Ability in MFG/Pro, Progress Database Administration minimum 5 years.
• Knowledge in ERP, LAN, WAN, Website, internet Technology : analyzing, developing, testing, documentation, and maintenance the systems.
